Andrew Hewlett joined Bailey & Company in 2024 and serves as a Managing Director. His investment banking work covers mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments across alternate site care, outsourced clinical services, providers, payor and provider services, and healthcare information technology. Before Bailey, he was a senior member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practices at FocalPoint Partners and Harris Williams and served as an executive in several private equity sponsored healthcare services businesses. He earned an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. He holds Series 63, 79, and SIE securities registrations and is registered with Bailey Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.
