He works with private middle-market owners to prepare, market, and sell their businesses. He oversees the firm's broker-dealer activities, including supervision and compliance. He has spent over 15 years selling privately held companies across the United States and Canada. He previously owned a private business and worked as an investment advisor. As a lead, supervising, or supporting dealmaker, he has contributed to over half a billion dollars of client transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and attended SMU Dedman School of Law. His ten M&A Advisor awards include M&A Deal of the Year and Corporate Strategic Deal of the Year.
