He helps owners develop and execute exit strategies. His team values businesses, prepares marketing materials, and identifies prospective buyers and investors. Strickland negotiates transaction structures and oversees marketing, diligence, and legal work through closing. He has owned, operated, bought, and sold businesses in the restaurant and real estate sectors. Before joining Generational Equity, he owned The 86 Group, which Generational Equity acquired in early 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University with a concentration in statistics. He holds a Texas real estate salesperson license and has completed 13 Ironman distance triathlons. He lives in Richardson with his wife and two daughters.
