David McCormick, MS, CVA, appraises veterinary practices and advises owners through Simmons & Associates. He guides practice transactions and helps current and future owners plan their entry or exit. His consulting addresses practice value, financial health, and ownership decisions. He teaches veterinary students at colleges and universities and speaks at regional, national, and international veterinary conferences. McCormick holds the Certified Valuation Analyst designation and belongs to the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
