Dawn Bloomer serves as Vice President of M&A for Generational Equity in the Western Region. She helps business owners prepare for sales and navigate transactions. She draws on experience as an owner, operator, and buyer-side deal participant. She works with clients and their advisors throughout the deal process. Early in her career, she bought into a veterinary practice, grew it, and led its merger with a national acquisitions group. She then supported that group’s acquisitions as it expanded. A private equity-backed aggregator eventually acquired the group. She earned an MBA from Colorado State University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Guelph. She holds Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC) credentials. She also holds the Certified Leadership Development Professional (CLDP) credential.
