Don Ho joined Generational Equity in September 2004 and serves as Senior Managing Director, M&A. He leads its food and beverage sector team and specializes in manufacturing, technology services, healthcare, and nutraceuticals. He guides private middle-market owners through exit planning, valuation, buyer targeting, diligence, and negotiations. He brings over 20 years of experience and previously developed valuation models as Project Manager, M&A. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas, concentrating in finance and accounting. He has valued over 400 companies with revenues from a million to over half a billion dollars. He has closed over half a billion dollars in aggregate Enterprise Value, including deals with Canadian and European public companies. His 2014 UST Corporation acquisition by Tregaron Capital won an M&A Deal of the Year Award ($10MM - $20MM). His 2019 Spectrum Solutions and Go-2 Fulfillment transaction won awards spanning $75MM - $100MM and $50MM - $100mm. His 2021 Eastern Business Forms transaction won awards spanning $10MM - $100MM and $25MM - $50MM.
