Edward Weber joined Generational Equity in 2005 and serves as Executive Managing Director - North America. He brings over 25 years of international investment banking and corporate finance experience. His work spans privately held family businesses, middle market transactions, and companies listed on NYSE and NASDAQ. He has advised more than 850 companies, with over $8 billion in closed transaction value. He began his career by building and selling two companies. As McGladrey Capital Markets' executive vice president and senior managing director, he helped close over $1 billion in sell-side transactions. As executive managing director, he led Bank of America Securities' west coast Middle Market Investment Banking Group from Los Angeles. As a New Market Partners LLC principal, he advised sellers and consulted on turnarounds in New York and Cleveland. He earned an Executive MBA with honors from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead Graduate School of Business Administration. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from The University of Akron.
