He has worked on domestic and international merger and acquisition matters since 1988. Breidenbach began at a Fortune 100 firm in 1977, then worked in manufacturing, information services, and telecommunications. His finance roles included CFO, and he managed high-growth multi-state start-ups in the Pacific Northwest. He led acquisition teams and contributed to business launches, product launches, outsourcing projects, and mergers. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from the University of Washington. He earned an MBA through Southern Methodist University's Executive Program.
