Jack Bailey co-founded Bailey & Company in 2005 and serves as Managing Director, building a client-first investment bank focused on middle-market healthcare. With more than 20 years of middle-market experience, he advises healthcare and tech-enabled services companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt and capital raising, and other complex transactions. He has worked on more than 100 sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions for public and private companies, including companies based in the Far East, South America, the Middle East, and Europe. A graduate of Vanderbilt Law School, he served as Corporate and Securities Counsel for a national law firm and a Fortune 500 company. He also worked as Chief of Staff for a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives and taught Entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University for five years. He holds Series 24, 62, and 63 securities registrations and is registered with Bailey Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.
