Jack Sluiter serves as Managing Director, M&A at Generational Equity in the Southeastern region. He develops exit strategies with owners of privately held middle-market businesses. He connects sellers with buyers and focuses on securing the right price. As an M&A consultant, he has helped nearly 70 owners exit their companies. Before joining Generational Equity in 2019, he owned a boutique brokerage specializing in main street and lower middle-market businesses. He earned the 100 Winners Circle Award and the Presidents Club Award for 3 consecutive years. He and his family worked in international nonprofits before his investment banking career. He served as a mission pilot in South America and Chief Financial Officer in the US. He serves on the boards of Parkwater Aviation (Foundation) and the International Association of Missionary Aviation (IAMA). He earned an engineering degree from ITT Technical Institute; he holds a commercial pilot license and speaks fluent Spanish.
