Before joining Bailey & Company, he was a Senior Managing Director at B. Riley Securities, where he led M&A and structured capital transactions in behavioral health, dental services, physician practice management, outsourced pharmaceutical services, and managed care. He previously served as EVP of Strategy and Corporate Development for a specialized orthopedic care organization, led growth strategy for a full-service reproductive care practice, and began his corporate finance career at Houlihan Lokey and its affiliated private equity division, Century Park Capital Partners. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA, a master's degree in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, and a master's degree in Global Healthcare from Oxford University, and he is a founding member of the Centre for Global Healthcare Leadership and a board member of the Brown University Alumni Association.
