He progressed from entry-level work to managing customer service, collections, lending, regulatory compliance, analytics, and business analysis. As Vice President of Risk & Decision Management, he managed over $1,000,000,000 in credit card lending. He also developed custom predictive decision models. His lending experience ranged from consumer loans in the hundreds of dollars to commercial loans in the millions. A Fullerton, California native, he has lived in Arkansas and supported the Hogs since 1993. He married Lesley in June 1985; they later moved to Fayetteville to raise their children. Their three grown sons work in the Northwest Arkansas community. He and Lesley actively participate in the Antioch Church of NWA community. They also maintain a separate ministry serving the Gypsy community in the Ukraine.
