Thomas spent more than two decades in automotive sales leadership. He started in Dallas, Texas, and advanced through every level of sales. He then served as General Manager for luxury dealerships in Northeast Ohio, including Mercedes-Benz and Rolls-Royce. One of those dealerships earned recognition as a top Rolls-Royce Dealer of the Year. Thomas also runs a coaching company, The Michael Thomas Method, which helps businesses refine sales strategy and leadership.
