Mike Meredith serves as Managing Director, M&A, at Generational Equity and brings over two decades of M&A experience. He has completed numerous business valuation assignments. He also brings experience with initial public offerings and capital raising for mid-sized companies. Before joining Generational Equity, Meredith advised middle-market owners on company sales at a boutique investment bank. He previously served as a vice president in Citigroup’s middle-market valuation and M&A practice. He purchased, developed, and sold a food and beverage business. He earned an MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California at Irvine. He also earned a BA in Economics there and holds a California real estate broker license.
