Nitz holds CPA and CMA designations and has owned a veterinary practice. She founded The Veterinary Business Expert™ and runs the High Achievers Coaching Program™. She purchased Simmons & Associates Northwest in 2011 and later purchased Simmons & Associates Midwest. She graduated from Jack Canfield’s Train the Trainer™ program and became an international best-selling author and speaker.
