Patricia R Jennex works with business buyers and sellers at Business Team. As a private equity partner and acquisitions analyst, she focused on technology, ecommerce, and manufacturing companies. Across the country, she examined the financial statements of hundreds of businesses and spoke with dozens of owners and brokers. She also structured and negotiated acquisitions and partnership deals. Before private equity, Jennex spent 25 years in corporate technical and management roles. Her work included aerospace project management, software development, and electronic hardware development. Her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, earned with honors, came from Cal State Northridge. She studied art before engineering school and completed UCLA’s landscape architecture program.
