Peter Spanos serves as Vice President of NH sales at ROI Business Brokers. He brings over 40 years of hospitality experience in NH to his brokerage work. He owned and operated a full-service Resort Hotel. He currently owns a luxury vacation rental business. Spanos served three terms in the NH Legislature on the House Finance Committee. The Governor appointed him to the Opioid Abatement Commission in 2020. He chairs the Belknap County Commission and serves on the Laconia Airport Authority board. In 2017, the NH House Speaker appointed him to the Lakeshore Redevelopment Planning Commission. The commission was tasked with facilitating one of the largest handovers of publicly held property to private owners in the state's history.
