Phillip Knotts joined Bailey & Company in 2022 and serves as a Managing Director. With more than 16 years executing sell-side and buy-side transactions, he works with healthcare providers and outsourced services businesses, focusing on home health and post-acute providers, dental groups, and center-based and retail healthcare. He applies his knowledge of consolidation dynamics, provider-based business models, and reimbursement and regulatory complexities, along with his strategic buyer and private equity relationships, in a consultative approach that often begins well before a transaction. Before Bailey, he was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Lincoln International and began his career at BB&T Capital Markets. He earned an MBA with honors from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University. He holds Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations and is registered with Bailey Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.
