Russell Bryan joined Bailey & Company in 2018 and serves as a Managing Director and a senior member of the firm's healthcare services practice, advising clients across healthcare sectors. In more than 25 years of investment banking, he has completed M&A and financing transactions with an aggregate value above $3.5 billion. Before Bailey, he was a Managing Director at Brookwood Associates, and he began his investment banking career at Bank of America. He graduated from Duke University and earned his MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He holds Series 7, 79, 24, and 63 securities registrations, is registered with Bailey Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC, and serves as a Trustee and Director of The Mary Duke Biddle Foundation in Durham, NC.
