Sergy Morales works with Florida entrepreneurs buying or selling businesses at Green & Co. Business Brokers. Since moving to the Clearwater area in Tampa Bay in 2021, he has helped local entrepreneurs organize and expand. He speaks Spanish fluently and guides Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs through business purchases and sales. He holds a real estate sales agent license. He trained in organizational consulting and coaching at Hubbard College and the International Association of Coaching. Morales earned a Psychology degree from Rafael Urdaneta University in Venezuela. Across over 20 years of consulting, he held leadership roles and developed businesses in Venezuela, supervising over 150 employees. At the University of Zulia, he studied management, supervision, leadership, marketing, sales, and advanced management tools. His sales book became an Amazon bestseller; he developed training programs for non-professional sellers. He serves as EMA's National Executive Director and represents Florida for AIV, the International Sales Association.
