Stephen Scott joined Bailey & Company in 2016 and serves as Managing Director, leading the firm's sector expertise in healthcare services. He brings more than 25 years in healthcare and more than $4 billion in M&A and financing transactions. His early career at HCA and PhyCor gave him operating experience in healthcare and a working knowledge of its regulatory and reimbursement challenges, and he began in investment banking at Jefferies and Stephens Inc. He earned an MBA from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business, summa cum laude, from Miami University (OH). He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations and is registered with Bailey Securities, LLC, member FINRA/SIPC.
