Her career included dealmaking, brokerage team management, and team development. She helped establish CABI, the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries, as a founding member. She taught for IBBA, the International Association of Business Intermediaries, and served on its board. She earned the Certified Business Intermediary designation from IBBA. IBBA also honored her as a Fellow.
