Terry Coe serves Exit Equity as an M&A Intermediary and Business Broker, holding CBI, M&AMI, and MBA credentials. His 30 years in business include industrial and medical sales supporting small and medium sized private companies. He entered media and publishing in the mid 1980’s before moving into the Internet arena. He helped execute acquisitions that expanded a single-market company into a national media firm with thirteen markets. He led a Seattle media turnaround, increasing profitability 680% over four years and contributing to the company’s successful sale. Before his M&A work, he served as Principal of Terrell M. Coe and Associates, improving media and small-business operations. He graduated from the Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary in Virginia. He also holds an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He lives with his wife and two sons in Mercer Island, Washington, where he serves several community boards. His community roles include serving most recently as President of Mercer Island Little League.
