Terry Stidham serves as Senior Managing Director at Generational Equity and assesses businesses and owners considering an exit. He brings over 25 years of M&A experience to middle market companies. He has helped thousands of owners prepare their businesses for sale. He has worked on both sides of transactions and studies global capital markets when advising owners. Before joining Generational Equity, he held principal registration through the National Association of Securities Dealers. He held leadership roles at State Street Corporation and RSM, alongside work for entrepreneurial organizations and Fortune 500 companies. He has published his views on the M&A process. He graduated from E. J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. He spends time with his family and runs distances from 5k races to ultra-marathons.
