Tim Scallen is Chief Executive Officer of Bailey & Company, with responsibilities across the organization, and oversees stakeholders in both the firm's investment banking and principal investing businesses. Within healthcare, he brings depth in healthcare technology and tech-enabled services, having partnered with management teams as an investor, board member, and advisor. Over his career he has invested in, operated, and transacted with businesses of many sizes and industries at private investment firms and a leading merchant bank. Before joining Bailey & Company in 2020, he worked at TT Capital Partners, Norwest Equity Partners, and Sankaty Advisors (now Bain Capital Credit). He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
