Tom Staszak directs Generational Equity's Educational and Healthcare Group as Senior Managing Director, M&A. Since 1998, he has advised middle market entrepreneurs on valuations and sales of privately held companies. He joined Generational Capital in 2005 to develop its large transaction group. He earned its Top Producer distinction and first M&A Advisory Award, then led teams behind several Deals of the Year. He also received M&A Advisor Deal of the Decade recognition and shared his expertise in Buyouts Magazine, newspapers, and websites. Staszak joined the United States Marine Corps in 1986, reached Sergeant, and participated in Kuwait's 1991 liberation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Tampa. At LevLane Advertising, his work on the Midas account earned national recognition. At Raymond James & Associates, he covered telecom equities, institutional sales, valuations, public offerings, and debt placement. During seven years at Citigroup, he closed over 20 transactions, earned Top Producer recognition, and led the division's largest deal.
