About
Dana S. Armagno spent more than two decades at Vedder advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. Her deal work covered private equity investment structures and the acquisitions they fund. She also advised on structured finance and general corporate finance around those transactions. She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1992 and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Illinois in 1989. Today she is the firm's Operating Shareholder in Chicago, overseeing its daily operations.
