Before her dual JD/MBA from Vanderbilt, Janae worked as a financial analyst at Abbott Laboratories. She later joined Vinson & Elkins as an associate in the Corporate practice. There she assisted with public and private mergers and acquisitions. She also assisted with representations and warranties insurance on those deals.
