About
Mark Dittrich advises entrepreneurs, searchers, and dealmakers on small- and mid-market transactions at Groundswell Advisors. Before that, he worked in Gibson Dunn's corporate department on industry-changing deals for some of the world's largest companies. On every deal he approaches his role as the client's risk assessor. He earned a JD, magna cum laude, at Georgetown Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an Articles Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He earned a BA at UCLA.
