About
Nathan Kaiser, Foreign Affiliate at Bochner Law, advises international corporations on market entry, cross-border corporate M&A, and commercial trade. He spent 20 years in Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. A firm he co-founded kept offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Taipei. He has practiced international law for more than two decades. He earned his Law Degree at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and holds a Master's Degree in European Law from Robert Schuman University. He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland as a Swiss Registered Lawyer. He later served as General Counsel for SIX Digital Exchange in Zurich, after executive and board roles in the blockchain ecosystem. Today he brings that technology background to cross-border corporate and M&A work.
