Ben Bogan serves as Partner and Managing Director at Stoneridge Partners. He has worked in healthcare M&A since 2014, focusing on home health, home care, and hospice deals. He has successfully closed more than eighty (80) transactions during this time. He traveled extensively, spending much of his childhood living in Europe and Asia. He earned his BSBA in Economics from the University of Florida, graduating with honors. He worked in Tokyo, Japan, before returning to the United States for his Albany Law School J.D. He served as Assistant District Attorney for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He served as Assistant District Counsel for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in New York City. He focused on Real Estate and Government Contracts in that role. He subsequently practiced as a General Practice Attorney in Tucson, Arizona, before joining Stoneridge Partners.
