Peter Lynch serves as Associate Partner at Stoneridge Partners and lives in Dallas, Texas. He brings over twenty years of post-acute healthcare operating experience, alongside financial, HR, and M&A experience. He entered private duty home care and Medicare home health with his brother Joe in 1999. During 16 years as Reachout Home Care’s COO, he supported operations, marketing, acquisitions, and Dallas and Houston growth. Humana acquired Reachout Home Care in 2014. He then spent five years at Presbyterian Communities and Services, now Forefront Living, a DFW healthcare nonprofit. Through its two CCRCs and hospice, he gained operating experience in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice. He left in 2019 to start a hospice company, which he sold in early 2023. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin. He also pursued graduate level studies in finance and accounting.
