Vaughne Glennie is Managing Partner of VERTESS and one of the founding team members who launched the firm in 2014. Glennie oversees all firm activities, including client development, transaction processes, fiscal and strategic planning, human capital, and operational improvements, and holds the CM&AA designation. Before VERTESS, Glennie consulted in healthcare for an international clientele, coordinating and executing healthcare contracts for the Department of Defense TRICARE Management Activity and delivering technical projects tied to HIPAA. Glennie studied in Japan, is fluent in written and spoken Japanese, and graduated with honors with a dual master's degree in International Relations from American University and Ritsumeikan University, then consulted on government and defense projects for U.S. and Japanese public and private sector clients.
